1. Cut 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 piece of Starmist and fold in half for card base.
2. Cut 4 x 5-1/4 piece of Lava and layer to card base.
3. Cut 5 x 3-3/4 piece of Birthday Girl Stripe and layer to card base.
4. Cut 2-3/4 x 3 piece of white cardstock and stamp Snow Fun Squares using Black pigment ink, emboss using clear embossing powder and heat set. Color as desired. Layer to piece of 3 x 3-1/4 Lava placing right edges together. Using rectangular punch, insert and tie ribbon and mount to card base using foam tape.
5. Punch three mini snowflakes from Lava cardstock. Center the 5/8" square punch over the mini snowflakes and punch again. Center all three snowflake squares on a 2-1/4 x _ piece of white cardstock and mount with foam tape. Layer all to piece of Lava cardstock and layer to card base placing left edge flush with Birthday Girl Stripe paper.
6. Mount the three punched out snowflakes onto card using foam tape.
7. Stamp Sparkles inside card using black ink.
8. Glitter as desired.
