1. Cut 6-1/4 x 5-1/4 piece of Starmist cardstock. Score at 2-1/4" and fold. Layer to 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 piece of Lava cardstock.
2. Cover front flap with 2-1/4 x 5-1/4 piece of Birthday Girl Stripe using blue side.
3. Attach ribbon to center of flap. Tie knot and glue dot to top of ribbon.
4. Stamp Snow Fun Squares using black ink. Color two right squares as desired and trim. Layer to 1-3/4 x 3 piece of Lava cardstock and mount to card base over ribbon using foam tape.
5. Cut 3-3/4 x 5 piece of white cardstock. Stamp Winter Mittens on right side using black ink. Color as desired. Tie knot in ribbon and attach to top of mittens. Layer inside card base.
6. Glitter as desired.
